The company I am consulting for is interested in expanding to the U.S. and has us conducting market research for key demographics. Its a nice change of pace from school work, there's little structure and its almost entirely self regulating. Its a welcomed increase of freedom as well as responsibility.

< br>Friday turned out to be a
****** day and the clouds were hanging in the mountains just above
the city buildings, so therefore I knew that sightseeing would be
wasted effort. I got up lazily and went down to the reception to
read the International Herald Tribune and around noon headed downtown
to see what was happening. I did some shopping (it had to be dreary
out for me to do some shopping) and then was getting hungry ...

... 10 years. Great
to see he and Robin and their 2 boys. The next day on to Las Vegas
with 32 people, the tour was marred with a few problems and the group
was not as enjoyable as the one I just left. Upon returning from
Vegas, I had just 3 days to host a couple of buddies for the MSU
homecoming game and then on to Europe.

I left the house on Monday
morning for a noon flight to Detroit, Amsterdam and then on to
Geneva ...

I am only stayin the night just to see the Matterhorn. The sun is out and I took a hike up nearby hill. It was about an hour and a half uphill walk with regular short stops to catch my breath. I think I have had enough of hiking now, I did 4 hours of it at Montreux as well, I must have the best **** at the moment. Spectacular view of the mountain at the hilltop though. It's less of a mountain and more of a giant pinnacle of rock. It looks menacing, to prove it there is a nearby graveyard full ...

... for Jon... he said he was so nervous he forgot how to speak French. Anyway, the next day we wanted to go mountain biking but by the time we checked out, all the shops were closed from 12-3 and we couldn’t rent anything anywhere. I think everyone closes up shop and goes out to play... sweet jobs.

So, This journey didnt start here. It started 5 months ago. Well, to be fair it started in abour October last year. I decided to hoof it out of London town and head for the hills, literally! The reason I went to France was to go skiing at chamonix/Mont Blanc, which i did and it was fantastic and i will be doing again very soon before i get tied up.. while i was there i did the world famous ski run Valley de blanche you ski over a glacier. which is amazing, the veiws you get on theis run are spectacular. definately take a camera.
