Disneyland-Crazy-Beautiful Place
Wow, talk about Christmas decorations being stunningly beautiful. It was nice to see the rides decorated for the season including the themes songs embedded in them such us "It's a Small World After All" and “Haunted House” etc. The main parade theme was Christmas and the arrival of Santa Claus.
Just using an old cliché, but one …
Disneyland
Disneyland was Disneyland. I wasn't real excited about going but Vonnie and, especially, Violet were pretty hyped about it. The parks closed early on Thursday because high school grad parties are held there after hours. I'm assuming that for this reason it was not crowded at all. We had very little waits for any of the rides so we went on plenty of …
Our new home on wheels..pick up the Winnebago
Today we were off to Moturis to pick up Motorhome. We'd put aside a day to do this, and it took that, not due to any inefficiency, just by the time you do paperwork, induction, inspecion etc... A little daunting .... 1) Driving a bus and 2) on the wrong side of the road. But this an adventure right??? Details: Winnebao V-31S 2008 Chalet w slide out …
We don't like LA, but we had to go.
We did get a chance to see Leesa's sister, that's another story. We also spent a day in Pasadena, but it was pouring rain and cold, we didn't get any pictures. We had a meeting with Neal Tricario, our consultant from Business Breakthroughs International. Spent about 5 hours with him at a local Italian restaurant. Then back on the road heading to Indianapolis for the NACFE meeting.

Two weeks stay were OK. Just OK, nothing spectacular though. Their pool and hot tub are super small and enclose with a wroth iron fence. If more that five people are in it, there is not room to safely and comfortably do some laps. The pictures on their web page makes them look a lot bigger than they are. The Internet speed is fairly good. It is close to all services and Disneyland and the fireworks from the park can easily be seen from here.
Bathrooms are tidy and clean.
I would recommend it to others and mind them that the white noise made by the constant traffic on the highway near bye, can be an issue specially the sites at the back of the park. For a light sleeper without a good RV insulated unit, might be a slight problem.
