      We drove east through Youngstown and north through Warren, PA along the Allegheny River in  up over the Allegheny Plateau into New York State, then east about another 100 miles to Corning, New York, then north again 20 miles to Watkins Glen, NY.  About 240 miles.       Finally in a hotel room, in Jamestown, NY. it cost more than I had planned but totally worth it after a very long drive today. I've driven from Mayville, Wisconsin, through the top of Illinois, across Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and arrived in New York State. So 6 states in one day and over 600 miles.
