Sadly saying goodbye to The Texans we drove south towards Mexico aiming for Big Bend National Park. On the way we wanted to go via San Antonio to see both the Alamo and the river walk. The Alamo's legendary story is quite rightly a pretty emotional one. Even walking around hundreds of years later there were still people crying at the bravery the soldiers showed against the impossible odds that the Mexicans posed.
