... of a road dash on that bridge. On the way back to NEPA, we stopped and checked out the Delaware Water Gap, which FYI, is not in Delaware ;) Next stop, an invite from our new Boathouse friend, Garrett, to a NASCAR race at Pocono Raceway, at the end of turn one on the fence of the infield - that's a mouthful! GO Danica and Jr.! The race was exciting and the people watching more exciting. There were million dollar rigs, repurposed school buses and everything ...

Also they have hundreds of picnic tables to use for free and lots of people were bringing in their food. Really a nice park and it was full of families having fun.

We also went to the town of Milton and saw the plant of Chef Boyardee. They ...

Extra events at camp

2014 is the 50th anniversary of Camp Ballibay and after all our campers had left, the doors were then opened up for the "Allumni Weekend", a gathering of campers from previous years (one from 25 years ago) come to sleep in the cabins, do some activities and reminiss.

After the Alumni Weekend it was down to 8 people to turn the summer camp into a 4 day wedding venue. With our main chefs gone home with their children, ...
