... t go up to the crown as tickets sell out 6months in advance...(we are going to get tickets for Christmas). We then caught the ferry back and had a wrap for lunch before starting a 90minutes guided tour of Wall Street. Also super interesting and we found out that NY used to be the Capital and that there was a massive wall separating the business side and agricultural side - hence the name ...

Got up about 9:15 again and grabbed breakfast at the same place as yesterday. Then went to MoMA and saw some of the best art in the world. Had to rest or feet for a while. From MoMA we went down to Chelsea Markets. The markets were great. The Hulkette had the most amazing hot dog of her life, and picked up some meringue. From the markets we went ...

... it wasn't until we recognised the street where TV footage had shown the NY Fire Service's attempts to deal with the terrorist attacks that we knew we were definitely on the right track. The Memorial itself is complete now, two large squares set around two large water features where the original two towers had stood. The new One World Trade Centre now dominates the area and Manhattan's skyline and there is much surrounding construction work here too. It is ...
