      We wind our way over to Grimaldi's which is a very famous pizza place in Brooklyn. No matter what time of the day or night you are here, there is a line. You stand in the line whether you want take-out or dine-in. They make coal-fired brick oven pizzas which is a dying art. We are here and have to try it out, even though we have to wait. Turns out you can get served quicker if you are a party of one, so Paul waits in line and orders ...
