Up early and off to the Vatican Museums with a visit to the Sistine Chapel. The tour took 3 hours and it is just amazing how many statutes and paintings there are. Awesome! Very tiring on the feet and legs though.

Left Montepulciano and arrived in the chaos of Rome. For us poor Aussies this is a culture shock! Cars, taxis, scooters, buses all arriving at the same time. ... to find a pasta place that tripadvisor had recommended, called Pasta Imperiale. We had to leave again to get some cash out, then ordered some pasta.
