Built in the 1890s, this Bismarck tower is 31 meters high. Taking into account its location on Kleperberg (a 332 meter mountain), it is apparently the second highest in Lower Saxony. There are over 200 such towers, recognizing Otto von Bismarck.

It is 2 euros to ascend the tower. The view from the tower is amazing - the city of Göttingen and the surrounding region is all in clear sight.

... Klopfern. Auf diese Weise war es uns auch egal, dass die Autobahn sehr voll war und wir somit insgesamt 8 Stunden gebraucht haben. This weekend we visited Kassel, Germany home of 3 state parks of the Hessen State in Germany. It was snowing and cold. Sophie and Bailey came with us, and they were cold. We took as many pictures as we could, since it was cold most of the tourist shops were closed. We need to come back in the summer.
