... nothing we had ever seen. Everything was so modern and it felt like we were living in the future. We were both astounded by the wealthiness of this country and the people within it. We were only there for a night but we were treated like Royals. However we were glad to be out of there as the classiness did not suite us ;)
Week 1 in UAE can be summed up as bloody HOT, catching up with Sarah, F1, Jay Z, hilarious night with some random Spaniards, beach and Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque… all of which was thoroughly enjoyed!

... the life of me, at that moment in time, I could not think of one reason why I was doing it...i had sweaty palms, hands shaking and i turned to look at mum who's spent 4 months ******** herself and she was totally fine, sat reading a leaflet about the basque mountains, proceeded to make me promise to stop drinking coke whilst we're gone!!? ... It is still being developed, so there wasn't too much to see. We did see the inside of Ferrari World, took a few photos and bought a souvenir. Kerry also saw the most cleanest, friendliest and smartest toilets of her life. There were cleaners in them who greeted you as you walked in and cleaned the toilet as you left, and the toilets flushed automatically. Kerry found this rather interesting.
