... on my right, and the magnificent resorts recently built on my left. We schlepped across the length of the white powder until we found an area away from the other 3 people on the beach. I redressed into my birthday suit while the others frolicked in the calm waves. The afternoon was complete with ocean salts cleansing every orifice, sun rays colouring our skin and dreamy snoozes in the warm sand. Such strenuous activities however, left ...

We were sailing along at a good speed, but the seas began to grow and get fairly uncomfortable. We were proud that we managed to climb the 2 Pyramids and the temple. It is not just the height that makes it a challenge but the steepness of the stairs. The risers were almost at my knee level, but the treads are very narrow, about 6 inches, so it feels as if you are climbing a wall rather than a staircase. In ...

That's how my friend described it last time when the same thing happened to me.
My flight was leaving 7am, and I woke up at 6.10am. Yes, 50 minutes before take-off. Actually, I hadn't planned to fall asleep in the first place, but well, whatever, the adrenaline dose in the morning got me going pretty fast. Pushing it to the limits can be fun - if you make it. At least now I ...
