The fortress is built in such a way that is seems to cascade down over the hillside, and from the top there are absolutely amazing views over the Bay of Kotor, which they call Europe's southern-most fjord. After another beautiful bus ride along the coast and a very easy border crossing (I was the only one on the bus - everyone else got off at the stop right before the border), I arrived in Kotor, Montenegro. We had really enjoyed our stay in Kotor and wanted to explore more of Montenegro. The people were really friendly and eager to tell of other interesting places to visit in their country, but I couldn't figure out why they put sour cream on everything - even the spaghetti!
