He pointed to a big field where they were setting up a festival for tonight which would have stuff going on for free and fireworks. He also told us about a temple which is free today only. So we actually had two stops in Bangkok, one before Nepal for two nights and then one after for one night before we continued to Tokyo in the evening. However as I kept procrastinate what i wrote before Nepal and then I got sick at the end of our second visit (more about that later) I am now posting everything on the way from Tokyo to Shanghai (and the tokyo text will be up soon too!).
