First 3 weeks of loving Zambia

... is a fried sweet dough and no egg. I had to remedy that and now I get an egg and something like a groundnut (peanut) and maize porridge, I just bought some oatmeal, or this fried thing with onion in it. So much or food here is fried.
The kids surround me while I do my homework before and after dinner and the parents are happy they practice English and reading. I have one of the best families.
