Pit Stop - Kearney, NE - Dinner
Jul 2, 2008 Stopped in Kearney, NE for dinner @ Whiskey River. Very similar to the Texas Road House in Tracy, complete with the peanut shells on the floor. Steak was ok, ribs were cold, sort of a mixed bag.

Wyoming to Nebraska

Western Poineer trails
Jun 17, 2009 (5 photos) ... is a replica of Stonehenge but it is made of cars, to the correct dimensions of Stonehenge. Kind of tacky but definitely an icon of western Nebraska. After Carhenge I continued east, again getting more rain, and spent the night in Kearney NE.
