Quick update
Aug 19, 2005 ... then just turned it off. I'm feeling a lot better now than I did earlier. I am now drinking an orange mango smoothie drink thing, and ready to head out to York Minstrel. Only a few hours left in York, then it's Scotland here I come! Cheers! Brandi
