Best preserved old-style Latvian small town
Jun 28, 2009 (9 photos) Where most of the buildings in town look like interesting, old village paintings. Nearby, Europe's widest waterfall (275m) but it's only 2-3m high...not much to it, but it's hard to be impressed with any waterfall after seeing Iguazu.
