We had to leave this godforsaken backwater as a matter of priority. Getting stuck here for the rest of the weekend would see us either led in a gutter with tequila poisoning or walking around with a suitcase full of plastic souvenirs, our heads capsized by the incessant touts. However, trying to book a flight at a small independent travel agency...

After another sleepless (and expensive!) night on the road (sea?) i arrived here in La Paz.. Quite a nice seaside town, without the excess of TJ, but still with a fair degree of Americans.. Another guidebook mis-comprehension ensured i'm here for the next couple of days, before heading to Mazatlan, and hopefully a few days chilling on the beache...
