... the Sky Bridge an impressive structure over the Fraser River as well as the Lions Gate Bridge over the Burrard Inlet of the Pacific Ocean. While we were unhooking the camper we heard a ship’s horn. Suzie took us right to the campsite this time, though we had real doubts as we were sitting in traffic at a light that took us 8 cycles to get through the light and make our turn. While the campground is located near a very urban area, so far it seems quite quiet.

... to most places - library, gym and play ground. After settling into their unit we were glad to get to bed. It has been unseasonably warm here and they don't have air conditioning, so it was a warm night, only getting down to about 18. Fortunately we were so tired.

... and water. The agriculture here seems quite advanced. I was told Taiwan pays a lot of attention to its agriculture. Maybe because of its climate, Taiwan has such a rich variety of fruits and vegetable. I would love to come here and live for a few months, staying at a few places a couple of weeks each, to really taste the local stuff.

- Japanese influence is very very strong here. From food, to life style, to culture, very Japanese. I feel a bit funny ...

... another short walk along the tarmac to the very tiny Blenheim terminal. Gotta love the small town airports, everyone knows everyone and some even come out to meet their friends on the tarmac why bother waiting in the terminal. That of course wasn't Paul's idea of fun because walking is dirty word to him, so he and Angela waited for us in the terminal. ... cardboard confinements. They did make for a wonderful after dinner snack but I do now feel a little ill after eating 22 mini pieces of chocolate in one sitting (3 of the pieces did not survive the journey).

I should probably to go and lie down however there is a small army of tiny koalas bear toys accumulating on my bed. This is what comes from living with Australians.
