... vantage point would produce an amazing vista any time of the year. We lunched at the Green Salmon which is a very hip, healthy and ethically conscious breakfast and lunch eatery. Artisans carve it and local factories make salad bowls, clocks, lamps, furniture, and even golf putters from it.
