After summiting, we were both excited for the 25 mile downhill in store for us to Beaver, the longest descent either of us has ever ridden.     First thing in the morning John and Carole, Amr and I went up the road for a coffee. Came back and had a wonderful breakfast with Bev. The morning was foggy but by 10 am, as predicted, the fog had lifted and gone out to sea - like it seems to do up and down this west coast - in San Francisco and La Jolla.
