... the bike shop today at about 2:30. It was 31 degrees. Microclimate? Other challenges included: * Almost dying *Realising about 20 minutes in that this was too challenging for Darcy, as he couldn't really reach the hand brake levers or manage the necessary gear changes and had a couple of minor stacks. He and Evan then had to double back to the bike hire place and swap Darcy's bike for a ride along bike on the back of Evan's while Tilda and I waited for them in a park. * Getting ...

We headed to a local farmers market called Alemany Farmers Market in Mission, which was fun as we figured out busing to and training back (the wrong train line was, admittedly, my fault this time. Turns out, 'just jump on' doesn't always work out for the best....). What a fantastic place. I am constantly blown away by obesity here given their huge supply of fresh produce. It was a small market and I was in awe!! So much variety and ...

... of smelly foreigners on the inside of the car. (Hey, I can call them smelly...I'm sure my freshly washed clothes and skin would gag them in their country) Nevertheless the cable car was exhilarating. But we were on the wrong one to get close to Mamas. We hopped off with many blocks to walk. We would never make it in time. Dammit!!! And that's when it happened. I came unglued. Did you see the meltdown that ...
