    ... how to scare a bear in a campsite and nearly deafened us all in the process screaming "Get away bear". We had a fairly early dinner at the Mountain room at the Lodge where we are staying. The food was excellent and we much preferred it to yesterday's meal.     ... we decided to cook dinner, pasta with a knorr cube and the cooked chicken, not too bad for someone who doesn't enjoy chicken.     ... bewildered at joining the freeway in the fast lane I slowly made my way across the 6 lanes to the right hand side... As we headed out of SF over the bridge I may have taken a little wrong turn as I followed one of what seemed like 10 lanes....I took the wrong one... Sat nav recalculated we were back on route.     ... Escape, decided to take this opportunity to get a much needed hair cut. I normally cut my hair every two weeks at a maximum, id went 4 weeks without one by now, felt like i could tie it into a pont tail. I felt sorry for the chinese lady shaving my head, i hadnt showered in days and my skin my dry on my head. She had to actually get the hair dryer out to blow all the snow off my head!!!
