We found it ok but because it was 2pm everything was shut for siesta. We were walking down one street and a local guy who couldn't speak any English indicated that I need to watch my bag here. That was enough to turn us around and head back to Sorrento where we have not felt unsafe at all. We decided to get off ...

We either missed a turn or lost some markers as suddenly our only marked option was downhill and we felt we'd done enough down so followed an unmarked path through cultivated terraces. We saw a car go up a road and managed to squeeze by a gate and headed ...

... 20-minutes journey, we shared a bag of potato chips, giggling and comparing notes of which shop(s) we should go to first. Once off the boat, we began the long hike up to the top. Accidentally the first shop we went to, is one of my favorites..... the shoe shop. I have bought many pairs of shoes here over the years, and this year was no exception. I found a beautiful pair of mint green, multi-colored jeweled, high wedge heeled sandals, which shall be perfect to wear with jeans, ...
