The problem with weekends, is that I work so hard during the week that they kind of sneak up on me. They arrive when I least expect them, and as such, I'm completely unprepared to deal with the 48 hours of freedom that they offer. What to do? Where to go? What to see and eat? ... So I don't make eye contact, mutter "I'm fine thank you" and start walking off.
But then I look up to see two very sweet looking men in their 70s smiling at me.
They point at the map I have been staring at and offer directions.

... satisfied, spirits lifted and slightly ******. Not sure if this was due to the fact we were hungry or tired or both.
After lunch we grabbed our bags from the car and went to our hotel to check in. Room was good, settled in, had contact with the internet, and fell asleep until 17:15. Read some 'God is not Great' and showered then headed back out.
