      I arrived at Heathrow just after 4:30am. No planes are allowed to land before 4:30am so we had to do a bit of a circle first. We were the first plane to land so getting through customs was a breeze. After customs, I walked out to see a huge line of taxi drivers holding signs.       Finished work and got my flight details today.

      Plan is to head to Kingston on the 24th for 13.30.

      Spend half a day at pre-departure training; final preparations, brief and team building.

      We'll then get a bus all together to Heathrow Airport.

      Our reward for the alarm going off at 5am this morning was the amazing trolley of breakfast we'd ordered on room service because the restaurant didn't open until 6am and as breakfast was included in the room we had to make the most of it!
