    ... Nathaniel was waiting for us and not even 30 minutes after our arrival we drained 8 cans of silly string in an epic silly string battle. Shortly following that, after claiming that I definitely was NOT going to have my face painted, I found myself with three sticky hands painting my face at the same time... and my arms... and my back.     ... reason, it's a struggle to get them into the suitcase. I guess I am hoping that my belongings will put themselves in the suitcase!!!

    The packing to do list is made, so I guess I need to stop blogging and start packing! I cannot wait to share our travel adventures with you all. I know this trip is going to be AMAZING!!! An adventure awaits and I am ready for it!

    ... there, we did the Garden Maze. It's a maze of high bushes with flowers and some pretty flowers through it. You go in and find 4 mailboxes with stamps that reveal a 'secret' at the end. We found all 4 mailboxes, in order, and made our way out in probably 1/2 hour or so. It was fun!

    Enjoyed a nice meal at Joe's steak house as recommended at the visitor's centre. Very busy place - had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Saw young people dressed up for a dance. Dresses with tulle skirts looking a little like ballet tutus were the favourite. Braces were the fashion for the boys. Most of the other diners were quite elderly. Wes enjoyed a Filet Mignon while I had their fish and chips served with vegetables. ...

    ... out early, nice cool weather, and easy 10 mile hike into Front Royal. We got lucky and hitched a ride in 2 minutes. Then, I left my phone in the car! The guy found it, and brought it back! Caitlin came to visit us, we went to the grocery store, and then to dinner. Was great catching up with her, hearing everything that has been going on in her life. Proud of you Caitlin, you are doing great, and things will countinue to get better - because you have worked so hard and deserve ...
