    Left Front Royal at 4:45pm to meet Brian & Cleo in Manassas for a bon voyage dinner. At 5:15 we realized Dave left his phone at home. WOW!! Who would have thought Dave would forget his phone, now that's something I would do!!! So back to Front Royal we went in the pouring rain.I love an adventure!! Just finished dinner ! Thanks Brian & Cleo! Off to the airport. Leave at 10:25 pm arrive in Dublin 11:30am Sat. 10/10/15. Next blog Sat. Night. Love you ...

    ... us have been called "honey" several times by the check in lady who gave us keys to check out the room before we said yes. The first room she told us to look at had not been attended to by housekeeping which was a little disconcerting. She then said we could look at another room which was similar but it was clean, has a fridge and even chairs at the table.

    ... water. No water for the next 12 miles, and we still needed to eat and find a place to camp in a few miles. Found the perfect place, off trail a little ways, flat and no bumps! We had the tent set up in minutes, dinner was cooking and everything else was done! Pretty good sleep, minus the damn deer that seemed to circle the tent all night, one even came up to the tent, stuck his nose to it, and just stood there - breathing.......was kinda spooky.
