Well after 2 1/2 years of detailed planning it looks like the day has arrived for us to finally hit the road and catch our flight from Chicago over to Turkey and down to Tanzania. We both are very exciting to say the least to see it all finally come together but are sad to say goodbye to our kids for a few weeks.

On Friday, we decided to tackle the Green Circle Trail in Stevens Point, a 26-mile walking/cycling trail that circles Stevens Point and two of it's suburbs, Whiting and Plover. We had the cabin from Saturday to Saturday over two weeks. We were seeing the Menominee Indian Health Centre the next Tuesday, so my cousin Pat invited us to stay three nights with her.
