The exhibition we saw was on tractors. Kids from around Texas were exhibiting the tractors they'd renovated and the farming accessories they'd designed and built. These things were so beautiful. Craw fish season is upon us - I think they are US cray fish but I'm not sure. In any case, people in the south go crazy for craw fish at this time of year. Typically cooked in a mixture of cajun spices to give real kick but nothing else and eaten with your hands and a cold beer.

This is us with Chris and Cathryn digging into 3 big bowls of crawfish at a restaurant in the Woodlands.
