Crazy for Craw Fish
Craw fish season is upon us - I think they are US cray fish but I'm not sure. In any case, people in the south go crazy for craw fish at this time of year. Typically cooked in a mixture of cajun spices to give real kick but nothing else and eaten with your hands and a cold beer.
