... in this pass. This seemed fair as the camping sites have power and water. However, the staff at Naracoorte have decided that 'the rule is stupid' so we camped for free. Saving $25 a night. Yippee an amazing campsite, free power and water. We shall stay a good few nights so that saved even more money.

We set up camp at Bool Lagoon Game Reserve which is a very big freshwater lagoon and is home to many different birds. There are lots of boardwalks over the water to look at the birds and there are a couple of bird hides as well.
We loved it here. There was only one other caravsn and it was so peaceful. The day stayed warm into the evening and the sky was clear. It was very relaxing.

Once again, the town has preserved its heritage and there is an old Cobb & Co station, pubs, shops and houses all from the late 1800s.
