We set up camp at Bool Lagoon Game Reserve which is a very big freshwater lagoon and is home to many different birds. There are lots of boardwalks over the water to look at the birds and there are a couple of bird hides as well.
We loved it here. There was only one other caravsn and it was so peaceful. The day stayed warm into the evening and the sky was clear. It was very relaxing.

Once again, the town has preserved its heritage and there is an old Cobb & Co station, pubs, shops and houses all from the late 1800s. I love looking at the old buildings and am continually amazed at the hardships our early settled endured.
