    ... and I were proud to complete the course but it kicked our butts. Elena had such a good time. After we arrived back at campground Elena spent several hours designing and painting a T-shirt depicting Minecraft characters. It is quite impressive.     ... festival called "Grateful Fest" which was held in a private park called "Nelson"s Ledges" on a lake formed from an old Rock Quarry. We camped out with hundreds of young and old Deadheads. They had two stages set up near a beach on the lake. They had a bunch of jam bands that played lots of Grateful Dead. One of the bands was called "Golden Gate Wingmen". They rocked!.     ... than 1 1/2 hours away. So glad we decided to stick with our plans, even though the rains this morning were heavier in places and not supposed to let up til afternoon...only problem was, 1/2 hour from the hotel I noticed I never put my tennis shoes on and instead was wearing my dressy Sunday sandals that I wore down to breakfast!
