There were no ferries running at this time so we stayed in the port town in the first hotel we passed that had a vacancy sign and we rolled into bed.

Drove 534 miles in a tad under 10 hours.
Pretty slim for the highlights reel on a drive this long. We got away around 11 am after enjoying the Cleveland IPA's just a little too much.
Luckily the weather was perfect and the road easy. Once we got out of town our iPhone map advised that had 346 miles on the same road, a record for the trip I believe.
... choice spots were filled and it is hot outside so we choose the electrical hookup at the RV park for a few dollars more. We set up camp, turn on AC and chill out. We have a bounty of fruit, fresh local peaches, and melon so that becomes our dinner. We discover a local food co-op which has more veggies and fruit. We will load up for our journey into Quebec.
