Our most recent local tour was to learn about Detroit during the prohibition era. It is hard to learn about Detroit’s past without seeing the impact on the city through the decades. It would be hard enough to see prohibition sites in any city because it happened so long ago, but in Detroit the decades starting in the 60’s have contributed to the loss of many historic sites.
