      ... t need the chute yet, so all is well. Only when Kev pulls the chute will you know if you’re going to survive the fall and Kev’s tally increases to 16,001 successful jumps. After some 55 seconds or so of pure freefalling, Kev pulled the chute. The change in speed and force pulling on my straps was immense. It was like a giant grabbed me by the scruff of the neck and pulled me up a few thousand feet.

      ... Wir sahen dann noch weitere 3 Schildkröten mit denen wir teilweise ein wenig zusammen schwommen und unser Glück war vollkommen. Wie könnte man besser in den Tag starten???

      Nach dem Frühstück ging es dann zurück Richtung Festland und da ein wenig Wind wehte wurden wieder die Segel gesetzt und der Motor ausgeschaltet. Wir hatten also noch einige Stunden Zeit um auf dem Deck zu entspannen bevor die Meereswege leider wieder durch Straßen eingetauscht werden mussten. ...

      ... I was so proud of us both though. We did so well and feel so much more confident. The fish were no way near as good but I'm glad we did it.       My entire body is suspended 6,000 ft above the Airlie Beach sea level with nothing but a (surprisingly comfortable) harness preventing a messy plummet to Earth as my instructor bum shuffles his was into correct "roll-out" position.
