Session 1 has passed and we are nearly at the end of session 2. The kids are great and camp is going really well despite illness and bad weather. ... and sister-in-law? We enjoyed a few delightful hours eating breakfast on the porch, drawing, and chatting before it was time to make the final drive on to Plymouth to return our Bessie. Thanks Jer and Delise for welcoming us back to our home state and with wonderful hugs and enthusiasm. Thanks, too, to my brother Jeremy for being my most faithful blog follower. It was such a boost every time we got a comment from you along the way. We love you guys!!!!

... Massachusetts. We crossed into Massachusetts and were welcomed to the Berkshires, I think I may have heard that names before as well with a connotation of wealth. Then we travelled some on Jacob's Ladder Trail of the Appalachian Trail. The 20 in New York where we were was called a scenic biway and we saw signs indicating Amish but didn't see an Amish horse and cart unfortunately. Also, passed a Shaker Village. This state is so rich in history.

This morning, I woke up and went down for breakfast. The food here in Lenox is really good!!

After breakfast, we had another workshop, only this time is was with the wife of the guy from last night. She was in the workshop with us last night so we all knew her.

This time, I struggled a lot with the workshop. She had us draw the first and last words of each line of our piece. That was easy. But then we had to put them up all over the room, on the walls. ...
