... in gold and pink in the morning sun. Add to that the yellow Aspen against the lodge pole, pretty amazing place.

A quick espresso was well received at a drive up in Greybull. I don't think the young lady had ever served a 22' kayak before. She gave Sadie a dog bone. Say thank you Sadie.

Greybull is only about 50 miles from Cody. So we hot ...

... have to show. I knew that if we went to the exhibit, we probably wouldn't visit it again the next time we are in Cody. So in the end, we decided to hold off on the historic center until we had more time to do a thorough walk through it.

So instead, we decided to visit the Buffalo Bill Dam just six miles west of Cody. Just the trip over there was worth it because you get to go through three tunnels directly through the mountains, one of which is close to 3/4 ...

After the Java Moon we wander down the street a little farther to the saddle shop. Tons of western horse stuff. Micah desperately wanted to buy a Breyer horse but I held fast. The clerk told us that they had a roping store and saddle museum out across the back alley so off we traipsed to see it. I have never seen so many ...

... days until the Euros showed up. Coming from Canada, ancestorially, to coin a word, I can easily say that there never was an Indian Fighter among us. Lots of automobile painters and such, however.

... the fly fishing law so we've been trying every freaking fly on our line all day and all I caught was a little baby rainbow trout. So, we're gonna go back tomorrow so see if we can restore some faith in our friendly Wyoming natives.

Other than fishing we enjoyed a near 3 mile hike (while fishing) which was very scenic. I'll include pictures.
