Thursday morning the final touches were made to the custom hitch to carry our bikes and we left around noon. We drove to the first big parking lot and both of us just sat in the car. With the exception of the Oklahoma couple, Skip and I were the last to leave the park. Colchester is near Burlington, a large city, so upon arrival, people went shopping. It was a good day to stroll the grounds and view the exhibits at the Shelburne Museum. It was spitting rain, which didn't impact our walks and the collections were inside, so we could get pictures without worrying about the rain.
