    ... River and saw Riverside Park which was very pretty. It was raining too hard to get out and walk around. They had had so much rain that the river water was right up over walkways and into the lawn around. The baby car had lots of big puddles to roll through but she did fine!

    We leave Michigan tomorrow and head in to Indiana so our trip to Michigan is "rapidly" coming to an end!

    ... smart Amish had the only chairs at the fair cleverly placed inside the barn where the quilt auction was, so we settled down in out of the rain and watched the auction for a couple of hours. Next time we will go to the office, get a number, and bid. Quilt tops were going for $25 dollars.
