... had a fun two person tube ride and my mom really enjoyed it - which is saying something because she hates rides! We went on that ride twice. We then went inside and did two of the slides inside, which my mom didn't enjoy as much because they were dark and you couldn't see the tunnel. I then went on the Black Hole Ride, which was similar to the Hurricane in that it is one of their major attractions and there was about a 15 minute wait. I really enjoyed the Black Hole ride (more so ...

... first stop today was the Wisconsin Dells Natural Area. There was a trail that took us down to the river. It had some beautiful views of the rocks and cliffs. There was also a lot of sand so Dad & the Kids went down to get their feet wet. I don't like water much so Mom and I stayed back to take pictures. June 25th – Day 52

Travel day today. We didn't get away
until almost 11am after a sleep in. It was hot last night so tossing
and turning meant we didn't wake up until after 8am. Eggs for
breakfast and groceries and then we headed Southeast, towards
Chicago.

We stopped near Baraboo, Wisconsin
at Fox Hill RV Park and Campground. This is a great one with a ...

... dog jumping
to Stand Rock and that dog is still doing it now. Seaman was allowed on the tour boat and we
took a ride through the upper dells with a couple of stops for short walks at
Stand Rock and Witches Gulch. We
didn’t get done until about 4 pm and it turned out to be too late to find a
State Park or campground that wasn’t already full or reserved so we headed
south about 15 miles to Devils Lake ...
