We had wobbly legs as we climbed out of "Misty Dawn"' said thanks and goodbye to Al and headed home. We googled photos of 30lb halibut and patted the boy on the back.

... dozens of islands off the coast. Stopped across from the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations village. Saw a bald eagle and its nest perched on top of a fir tree on the way back. We were out for around 3 hours.
Went back to accommodation. Had a sleep; tired after not sleeping that well and getting up early. It had been a beautiful day with sunshine and temp of around 17 degrees.
