    ... For breakfast we had omelets, lunch was mostly deli sandwiches and salads and dinner was always seafood.

    We went on beach walks, relaxed on the back deck and Jacob studied for boards. The only time we had the TV on was to watch Sleepless in Seattle. We thought it was fitting since we were on our way there; I was excited because Jac kept saying how cool it would be to sleep in a houseboat – little did he know the surprise I had planned the following day! ...

We like to smoke the scallop for 15-20 minutes, so low temperature is critical.When smoker is ready take scallops out of marinade and once again place on dry paper towel. At this time lightly sprinkle sea salt over scallops.     We slept in this morning to about 8.20, we actually did an 18 hr day, with our early start and our visit to the show after dinner.The sun was shining and the heat felt more comfortable.
