By the time we walked back to the heart of the village, it seemed as if the tourist floodgates had opened, and there were a lot more people milling around the river and small shops. Regardless, it was very enjoyable to just walk along, soaking up the sunshine. The houses and gardens, though just beginning to get a few blooms, were so beautiful. We took a day trip to Oxford on Day 5 - we did a bus tour around the campus and saw all the beautiful colleges and heard about their history.
