We woke up this morning and decided to take it pretty leisurely as our train left at 2pm and we had done pretty much all we wanted to do in Chicago (plus we had our massive bags which we didn't want to lug around too much!) We called families back home as it was a more respectable time than when we normally have a spare few minutes (our evening which is midnight onwards for you guys!). ... Spencer, Nolan, and Macy. Todd was there with his two boys, Trenton and Blayne. Unfortunately, we did not see Todd's wife Crystal, as she was working. We had a picnic and swam at the pool. It was a beautiful, breezy 75 degree day.

The boys had a blast playing with their cousins. It was amazing how well they hit it off! They got along as though they had always known one another. We all enjoyed watching little Macy, ...

... Missouri. We ate at a Cracker Barrel and then drove on to Lenox. Lenox is a small town and you walk about anywhere. It's that small. We saw a lot of deer on the road and we almost skidded off the road swerving to miss a rabbit that ran across the road. Other than that, we arrived safely to our destination. I was really jet lagged (by one hour) and tired. Anyway, we arrived safely in Lenox and I just wanted to sleep. ( I got my wish )

... never heard of a campground where you can stay so late in the day! We were lucky to find an empty campsite to pull in and wait for 3 hours!! Not only that but there were 3 vacant full hookup sites just across from our site but the Park Ranger told us that we couldn't move into one of those, unless we paid for that site in addition to the site we reserved & paid for online!!
UGH!!! We had to watch those sites ...
