Old Orchard Beach was shut when we got there, that is to say that as a beach-side summer destination, particularly for French Canadians (Quebecois), but this quietness made it all the better for us anti socials. Coast of Maine to Freeport and Brunswick
... store in Freeport in the evening, and we were stunned by the size of the 3 bldgs of the store. Awesome place to visit, but we were pressed for time, to get to our Evergreen home for the night and had an hour left to drive, so didn't get to spend much time here, but in the end probably saved us a bunch of money.
