... in the city is quite something. The bank building that we look out to from our hotel window has real gold around the windows. The city has had a couple of bad fires, one in 1904 and Lisa talked about parts of the city being destroyed and rebuilt.

The 1904 fire destroyed 104 buildings, and claimed one victim. It caused $10,387,000 in damage[ which was a lot of money then. It put five thousand people out of work, at a time when the city ...

... from the night before as I had left it on the table in the lounge when i went to bed last night.

Finally into the diner to have our breakfast. The staff in here are extremely friendly and helpful and served us a great breakfast. Unlike my usual m/bike trips where i simply eat now and again this trip I have been eating non stop and so I decided on a good fresh fruit breakfast rather than any fatty stuff. i can see me needing to go on diet after this adventure!!

Hello Everyone. I am writing to you from Toronto.
Today we woke up at Hyla's house and mum went for a run. After she got home Steve came over to pick us up while mum went to spend some time with Bubi. Declan , Steve and I went to the Eaton Centre on the streetcar to go and see a movie. We saw the movie Insurgent and really enjoyed it. After the movie we walked through town past Old City Hall and New City Hall. It had amazing architecture and a place where they ...
