... packed up our stuff for tonight so we don’t need to carry in luggage. I got all my needed items in my book bag but mom still has a bevy of bags albeit smaller ones.

We left out the front entrance for the first time. Apparently we have been coming in on the 116 and driving up Mountain View Road but it appears you could just go right up the 3 and get to the entrance. We stopped at Grandma’s Kitchen which is ...

I was surprised to learn they freeze all of the ingredients before they put them in the ice cream. If they would not do that, the items would just blend in with the ice cream. Our sample was a caramel ice cream with caramel and chocolate swirls ...

... We then went on to Bennington were there was a decisive battle against the British that they JUST managed to win, so they appear to have made a memorial to it in the form of a 350' tower that they charge $5 for going up..... Robbery! We have traveled 150 miles today and drove through some of the prettiest country that we have seen up to now, there seems to be a million trees and a lake around every bend in the road. We are now in the state of New Hampshire and Canadians ...
