... just went out on foot to find a place to stay. After we checked in at a place we went for lunch and then James and I just went back to the hotel and rested and worked on the blog while Karen and Bill wandered around.

... saint statues from Fethard which still had paint on, mostly blues and reds, it goes to show how bright and colourful churches would have been in those days.
