After a very good lunch at a Mediterranean restaurant called Lavash, we went back to Princeton to visit the railroad museum. This is small but also very interesting. It features a now-defunct line called The Virginian which ran from central West Virginia to Norfolk, taking coal to the coast where it was shipped to Europe and beyond. The Virginian eventually merged with Norfolk and Western, and all the Virginian symbols and memorabilia ...

... up after dinner. I'm on a streak--19 straight days finding a cache. I'm hoping to extend that to the last day of summer, so an easy and early West Virginia find is quite helpful.

And that was about it for today! We're up early tomorrow--we have to meet the ATV folks by 8:30 at the trail head, about 45 minutes from here. Will try to get some photos of us soaking wet on ATVs--should be rather entertaining!

... by the picnic table, had a few more brewskies, smoked a cigar I had been holding since the Bahamas and laughed our butts off. Me and grace passed out in the hammock, then were awoken by grumpy men... I was uhhhhh "tired" so the night was a blur, but apparently I enacted a rain dance in hopes of better climbing weather the next day .I love this group of people...there is never a dull moment.
