      -the thing that sucks about learning spanish is...one day i feel great...like i'm really kickin' ass and then the next day...well, a complete jackass. Nena told me we were going to the thermal spa a week ago. no idea what the hell i heard...maybe terry's bar??? but i showed up with no swim suit. EVERYONE kept asking me "where the f did you think we were going?" good question...now i know how to translate 'termal spa' into english..."thermal ...

      ... all four of us whooping and hollering all afternoon.We stayed on the beach and enjoyed our first sunset as the sun sank into a fiery orange and red sky. Dinner was at the restaurant right next to our inn with the best wood fired brick oven pizza we had ever eaten. We all collapsed into bed early, excited for surfing lessons the next day!

      We were up and out early and played all morning in the waves with rented boogie boards. Back to the inn for afternoon siesta and then off to ...

      ... latte's over a fresh berry breakfast; a bike ride around the point for a spot of surfing; some hammock time with a favourite book; falafel lunch at Pita Bonita (I love that name!); a few beers in our treehouse accommodation and a trip up to the 'city' (there are three streets up there) for some dinner and rum cocktails well into the evening. It is a tough life.

      Day 46: Ah, back to villa sol at 7:30am again. Which means a whole extra hour and a half staring at a wall with no customers coming in. Hopefully business will pick up soon when people realise that we're here. At least the air con is working today so I could stay cool this time! After lunch I went to the pool to swap with Carlos and there was literally no one there. They've moved us from the pool where Guyao and I first went to and I have no idea why. ...
