    ... to speak total Spanish but nope, they were Yankies and.... We were all headed back to Potrero. They offered me a ride before I could even ask.... Lifesavers from New York. We waited till the sunset then headed back to town, a 45 minute hike for me, a 5 minute drive for all of us. Oh yeah, they even treated me to a beer on the way. I'm definitely going to try to return to this beach tomorrow and hit La Playa Prieta as well. Gotta go get my homework done... ¡Pura ...

    ... all four of us whooping and hollering all afternoon.We stayed on the beach and enjoyed our first sunset as the sun sank into a fiery orange and red sky. Dinner was at the restaurant right next to our inn with the best wood fired brick oven pizza we had ever eaten. We all collapsed into bed early, excited for surfing lessons the next day!

    ... and tough, but the views were amazing. And, I saw a wild tucan! Score!

    Once I finally arrived at the residence, I walked in the dark to the nearest supermarket. This town has a a much better set up for walking. There are some side walks, and everything is much closer together so walking at 6:30 at night is not a problem. I made myself some beans, eggs, potatoes and salad and spent a record breaking $12.00 on my purchases. Off to bed. Sleepy ...

    ... here over the weekend and had now moved house but done all our washing here, absolute lie and I couldn't really get across what I was saying. He then went and got another guy who I assumed would speak English but instead he just scowled at us while I tried to again explain again in Spanish.     ... that runs along the wire, and were dragging ourselves and gear to the first line. It wasn't scarily high, and the instructors had given us a comprehensive briefing at base so one by one we clamped on and sped to the other side, children going tandem with an instructor.

    There were 11 lines in total and gradually, wire by wire they got longer and higher. The kids were allowed ...
