When it was time to climb in the taxi to head back to Monteverde we were all spent from the sun the saltwater and the waves. It had been a great weekend, but we were all glad to head back up into the cool green hills.

I think my phone and my air conditioner conspired against me because I clearly didn't wake up to my alarm and even if I had turned it off my air conditioner, without fail, randomly turns off every half hour to 40 minutes. And I mean without fail. I'm constantly waking up 30 times a ...

... into you, yum! They're not the most attractive of fish either, but they're pretty cool really. I also saw a gorgeous trigger fish, green and zebra moray eels, and a couple of surgeon fish which are really pretty. So yeah pretty good dives! Allan, our videographer, told me about a fiesta in Liberia tonight that everyone was meant to be going to. They have a rodeo, bars etc it's kind of like a big festival. I decided to go along as there was a bus there and back and ...

... leaving tomorrow and had one last stop at Witch's Rock for Mahi Mahi tacos and El Gato Malo, my new favorite local brew. There was some sort of surf competition going on today so the beach was pretty crowded with lots of activity.

I made my way back over to Playa Grande for high tide, which was about 3-4pm and was excited to get one last day of surfing in. It turned out to be the perfect way to end ...
