    Travel Blogs from McKinney

For those who don't know me :-)

... it’s all that and it’s about building relationships. I love going to new places and meeting friends after a period of time and fortifying the relationship, even though it’s across distant waters sometimes. The love and warmth that I receive from my friends, all over the world, is overwhelming and priceless! J I am glad I have learned to let go of my inhibitions and just enjoy every adventure to the max!

... Marjolaine and I headed to the Air France lounge (offered to Delta passengers) where we had a snack and caught up on e-mails and other work. Finally we boarded A Boeing 777, DL 201, for our almost-17-hour flight from Johannesburg to Atlanta. This is currently the second longest regularly scheduled non-stop flight in the world, covering 8,349 miles (give or take). The longest currently is the Quantas flight from Sydney to Dallas, which is ...

We bought a truck to carry the camper today! It needs a little work, but seems basically strong. Once we get it travel-ready, we need to go to Arizona to pick up the camper.

In other news today, we also decided to rent out our house (rather than selling), and selected a property management company.

    A huge progress day!

I'm determined this blog be shorter than past efforts, so here goes! Of course, that means I won't remember as much, but maybe I'll get it done...;-)

The day got shorter and shorter as I headed west. I had a decent layover in Salt Lake City, so I got some steps around the airport and looked at the mountains out the window...so beautiful! By the time I got to SF and found my apartment in North Beach my body thought it was bedtime, so we agreed that Brady shouldn't come in ...

    End of the 2013 Adventure

... children and what they have accomplished in there life's. So here we are still in McKinney, Tx. working as storage shed managers. Not a bad job, kinda boring at times, but I guess it beats traveling across the country wondering were you will stop next (which is not bad at all). So like I said before this is the last travel entry for the year, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a awesome year like we did, and ...
