      ... then John thought he would try to climb the Rocca, the hill behind town. It cost four euros and was a bit of an effort but made it, see the pictures.       ... upstairs once we were on the ferry to take photos...ferry takes about 15 minutes to go from the mainland to Sicily. Back down and now we are travelling west out of Messina for Taormina. Onto the freeway and out we go for 45 minutes, off the right ramp and now to find our hotel on a mountain top without an accurate address.
